Our Emergency Centre
provides the traveler with a 24-hour full-scale medical and
travel assistance service including emergency medical evacuations,
supported by trained doctors and nurses. Multilingual service
coordinators help patients, relatives, tour operators and
destination staff.
Linked to our Emergency Centre are our own medical
experts including doctors specialized in travel
medicine. Specially trained doctors and nurses are also
available at all times for medical repatriations. Our crisis
Team is steadily available, for clients, as well as for
tour operator staff at the travel destinations.
The processing of insurance claims is handled locally at
the Nordic Centre and in adherence with local law and practice.
A close cooperation with our clients and the tour operator's
destination staff ensures time saving and efficient handling
in general. Guaranteed maximum handling time is often a part
of the contract with our clients.
Our Emergency Centre provides
